Putobumbong without using bamboo steamer (business idea)


 LIST OF INGREDIENTS FOR PUTOBUMBONG WITHOUT USING BAMBOO STEAMER


*MIXTURE
3cups glutious rice flour
1/2cup cold all purpose cream
1/2cup water
1/4tsp salt

*FOR FOOD COLOR MIXTURE
2pcs. sachet violet food coloring powder 
 1/8cup water

*TOPPINGS
Grated cheese (as desire)
Grated fresh coconut (as desire)
margarine (as desire)
condensed milk (as desire)

banana leaves (for plating)
margarine (for greasing)


PROCEDURE:


1. in a separate container Mix 1/8cup water and foodcoloring powder together until incorporate.
2.after mixing the food color set it aside for awhile.
3.mix all together the ingredients for putobumbong mixture in a separate bowl.
4. better to mix it with clean hands.
5.make sure that the texture of putobumbong mixture is looks dry and rough. not sticky and watery.
6.after mixing set aside the putobumbong mixture.
7.prepare the banana leaves of leaf and cut it according to the size of your styro/plastic container.
8.you may use foil if you dont have banana leaves.
9.spread a little bit margarine to cutted banana leaves.
10.place 2tbsp of putobumbong mixture to greased banana leaves.
11.roll banana leaves while pressing it a little to fit in well the putobumbong mixture.
12. do not fold each sides of banana leaves to cook it well.
13.steam it for 10mins. over medium high heat. (make sure the water is already boiling)
14.after 10mins. carefuly remove it from the steamer.
15.transfer it to the styro container with greased banana leaves while still hot.
16.4pcs putombumbong each styro container.
17.put grated coconut as desire amount for toppings
18.put grated cheese as desire amount for toppings
19.put condensed milk as desire amount for toppings.
20.serve and enjoy.!
