1. put the ground pork and a little bit water in blender. 2. just blend it for only 1min. 3.after 1min. transfer it in a bowl. 4.put all together the ingredients in bowl with ground pork 5.mix it well until incorporate, better to use your clean hand to mix it well. 6.divide it into 4pcs. microwavable container or tub. 7.refrigerate it for about over night or better 2days to preserve it well and make shelf life longer. 8.make sure to place it in a lower part of your refrigerator. 9.after 2days remove it from the ref and let it rest for 1hour. 10.after 1hour of resting steam it for 15mins over medium high heat 11.after 15mins. of steaming it, set it aside to cooldown completely. 12.once cooldown completely, sliced it according to the size you like. 13.prepare a pan with a little bit oil and wait until becomes hot 14. once the oil is already hot fry the sliced cheesy hamonado until golden brown each sides, or you can fry it just halfcooked since its already cooked from steaming. 15.once golden brown each sides of sliced cheese hamonado remove it from the pan. 16.then serve it.and enjoy! 17. you may eat it with bread or with rice..
